The Massachusetts Substance Abuse Information, Education and Referral Helpline does not solicit personally identifiable information from users who wish to browse web pages on the site.

The Medical Foundations web servers automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information, such as which pages each user visits and the domain name (e.g., aol.com) of visitors. This information is used to measure traffic and usage patterns. The servers also log IP addresses, or the location of your computer on the Internet, for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes, as well as for aggregate site usage statistics. We do not use IP address logs to track your session or your behavior on our site. We do not release this information to other organizations or individuals, nor do we link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable.
